THE ROAST BAR is a brasserie style restaurant and terrace that is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. From here you have a clear view of the heart of the establishment – the butchery. Where the butcher bones and prepares meat, makes sausages, charcuterie and burgers.
Next to it is the bar where, under large Warsteiner copper beer casks, special beers are poured. The beauty of the interior comes full circle as you gaze at the delicacies displayed in the glass cases and watch the chefs in action with their Australian Beech ovens.
