Join butcher Bill for our ‘butcher’s workshop’ on January 27th. During this workshop, he will explain everything about the different cuts of meats and the best ways of preparing those. Furthermore, Bill will take time to answer all your questions. Lastly, all the meat that you will process during the workshop will be prepared for you. The price of the workshop will be € 45 per person, including dinner, excluding drinks.
